Today, I met someone on their way for lunch there who invited me and my husband along. On arrival in the empty restaurant I asked to use their phone to tell my husband of the plan, as there was no mobile signal on the way or in the restaurant. The staff refused point blank to let me use the landline; refused even to dial the number for me or if I paid for the call.
Today, they lost not just 2 covers but my regular custom too.August 07, 2016
